Service is our business; we keep track of all unused etickets to use for future travel.  We only charge a service fee when we issue or exchange a ticket, if you call to add cars or hotels, there is no extra fee. One call or email to us and we can check all airlines for the best price and connections. We will offer your travelers alternative times that can save them money. We can add hotels and cars so everything is emailed to the traveler together. If the trip is canceled we take care of canceling everything, air, hotel and car. Price of air tickets depends on the class of service available. We can see how many seats are left at the lowest fare and if there are only a few seats we can usually hold space for 24hrs while the traveler firms up their plans. That does not guarantee the price if the airline pulls the fare overnight, price will go up.
